    CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER ONCE IT’S PLACED?

    Although, we wish we could accommodate all changes…we fulfill orders very quickly! Once your order has been confirmed, it’s not possible for you, or us, to change it prior to dispatch. Please ensure all your information is correct before submitting your order.

    DO I HAVE TO PAY CUSTOMS AND IMPORT CHARGES?

    Any customs or import duties are charged once the package reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the package.

    Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. To ensure there aren’t any surprise charges upon arrival to your country, you can contact your local customs office for current charges before you order.

    I FORGOT TO USE MY GIFT CARD / DISCOUNT CODE

    Unfortunately, our software does not allow us to adjust prices to finalized purchases. Once your order has been confirmed, it’s not possible for you, or us, to change it prior to leaving our facility. Please ensure all your information is inputted and correct before submitting your order, including your gift card / discount code.

    THE ITEM THAT I WANT IS OUT OF STOCK, WHEN WILL IT BE AVAILABLE AGAIN?

    Due to the high demand of popular items, they do tend to sell out quickly. We've even had some products sell out in less than an hour! While certain products are very exclusive and only released once, most of our items are restocked regularly.

     

    RETURNS/REFUNDS

     

    CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

    Customer who decide to CANCEL their order (Shipped or NOT Shipped) will be responsible for the transaction fee from our payment processor. Total transaction fee (including shipping/taxes) MINUS 3.6% + 0.30¢. Sorry, NO EXCEPTIONS will be made on this policy.

    WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

    Items purchased from Camco Toys may be returned within 14 days of receiving your purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be brand new, unopened and in factory sealed condition with no damage. There is a 20% restocking fee on all returned items.

    Pre-order items and factory sealed cases are non returnable.

    HOW LONG WILL THE RETURN PROCESS TAKE?

    Please allow 2-3 weeks from the time that you ship your item(s) back to us to process your return. Once it has been processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email along with a tracking number, or an email confirming the store credit issued.

    RETURNS ON SALE ITEMS

    All items purchased at a discounted price are final sale, thus we cannot offer returns for these items. This includes holiday sales, site-wide or product specific flash sales, and items purchased using sale codes. We thank you for understanding this policy!

    AM I RESPONSIBLE FOR RETURN SHIPPING?

    Yes, you will be responsible for paying postage on any returns.

    I SENT BACK MY RETURN AND I HAVE NOT HEARD ANYTHING.

    Rest assured, your return will be processed. To ensure a fast turn-around time on returns, please do not email more than once regarding the same inquiry. Please also be sure to get a tracking number when shipping items back to us. You can refer to the tracking number to check the status of the shipment. Upon being returned to our facility, we will typically process your return within 2-3 business days.
