    Cancellations - Customer who decide to CANCEL their order (Shipped or NOT Shipped) will be responsible for the transaction fee from our payment processor. Total transaction fee (including shipping/taxes) MINUS 3.6% + 0.30¢. Sorry, NO EXCEPTIONS will be made on this policy. 

    Our software does not allow us to make manual adjustments to finalized purchases. All orders will be processed and shipped as originally placed.

    Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. To prevent any shipping delays, please double check that the address listed in your order confirmation email is correct.

    All returning packages due to insufficient address will be sent a verification email.

    Customers will have 72 hours to respond, failure to reply within 72 hours will automatically result in order cancellation.



    In-stock items are processed in 1-2 business days once the order has been received/cleared.

    All items are carefully packaged with bubble wrap and/or other packaging supplies to help protect your item(s) during transit.

    Orders are shipped to the provided shipping address listed under customer’s account. Camco Toys is not responsible for packages delivered to mistyped or invalid address.

    Packages do not require signature and may be left at door/porch by carrier.

    Camco Toys is not liable for unfortunate events such as mis-delivered, lost, damaged and/or stolen packages once orders have left our warehouse. If this is a concern, we strongly recommend contacting us for additional shipping options (additional charges will apply).


    Estimated delivery time for in-stock items is 2-12 business days once the order has been shipped.

    Orders are shipped via USPS, FedEx and/or UPS. We reserve the right to choose which carrier to use.

    Every order includes tracking and will be visible on the USPS/FedEx and/or UPS website once the order has been shipped.

    Expected delivery dates may vary during holiday season, depending on volume of mail experienced through shipping carriers.


    Camco Toys is not liable for package delays, customer purchases at their own risk. Please note, some countries have long shipping delays due to lengthy inspection procedures preformed by customs agent, this varies by country.

    Duties and taxes are determined by the customs agency within the designated country. Although charges are not always incurred, assessment of duties and taxes will be based on the value of the order and the Tax-free threshold, if it exists, for goods imported into the designated country.

    Payment of any duties and taxes is the responsibility of the recipient, and these fees are collected at the time of delivery. More information can be obtained by contacting your local customs office.

    International shipping expected delivery dates varies depending on the location.

    Our return policy is 14 days once your order has been received. To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be brand new, unopened and in factory sealed condition with no damage. Items do not leave our warehouse damaged (unless noted).

    All items purchased at a discounted price are final sale, thus we cannot offer returns for these items. This includes holiday sales, site-wide or product specific flash sales, and items purchased using sale codes.

    Customers are responsible for paying the return shipping costs for your item(s). If you are shipping an item(s) over $75, you should consider using a track able shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

    You must contact us for an RMA before shipping the item(s) back.

    Factory sealed cases can not be returned for any reason once shipped.

    REFUNDS (if applicable)

    There is a 20% restocking fee on all returned items. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

    If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3-5 business days.

    Refunds will be the purchase price, minus 20% restocking fee and the original shipping cost is non refundable (no exceptions)

    LATE or MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable)

    If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

    Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

    Next contact your bank once again. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
