    Shipping Policy

    General information (domestic & international):

    • All in-stock items are processed in 1-2 business days once the order has been received/cleared.
    • All items are carefully packaged with bubble wrap and/or other packaging supplies to help protect your item(s) during transit.
    • Packages do not require signature and may be left at door/porch by carrier.
    • Camco Toys is not liable for mis-delivered, lost, damaged and/or stolen packages once orders have left our warehouse. If this is a concern, we strongly recommend contacting us for additional shipping options (additional charges will apply).

    Domestic shipping:

    • Estimated delivery time for in-stock items is 2-12 business days once the order has been shipped.
    • All orders are shipped via USPS, FedEx and/or UPS. We reserve the right to choose which carrier to use.
    • Every order includes tracking and will be visible on the USPS/FedEx and/or UPS website once the order has been shipped.

    International shipping:

    •  Estimated delivery time for in-stock items is 2-12 weeks once the order has been shipped.
    • All orders are shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS).

    International customs warning:  Camco Toys is not liable for package delays, customer purchases at their own risk. Please note, some countries have long shipping delays due to lengthy inspection procedures preformed by customs agent, this varies by country.

    International customs fees & taxes: All countries may have import/custom or duty fees (taxes) charged by your government. These fees are the responsibility of the you the buyer and are not included in the item price or shipping cost. Please check with your country's custom office before you purchase so you can determine if there will be additional chargers.

      Pre-order Policy

      Please Note: We do not recommend purchasing in-stock items along with pre-order items on the same order as this will cause your order to be placed on hold until the pre-order item has arrived. When combining both to a single order, the combined shipping rate offered is for all items shipped together and not for multiple shipments. If you would like the in-stock item(s) to ship immediately, we ask that you do separate orders. This also applies when adding two separate pre-order items with different release dates.

      Items marked "pre-order" means that we currently do not have this item in-stock at our warehouse and we are currently waiting for the item to arrive from the manufacturer.

      "Estimated arrival" means that we should receive the item in that estimated time frame. We are not responsible for manufacturer delays or last minute changes.

      All shipments are allocated by the manufacturer and they determine which accounts receive the product and when. Please do not purchase any pre-order item(s) with the assumption that your order will be received before the big box retailers and/or other distributors carry the product.

      Pre-order items are processed on a First ordered, First shipped basis. If you order an item when it was first listed on our website, you are FAR more likely to receive it than if you order the item today.

      Pre-order items need to be paid for up-front, even if the item is scheduled to release 2-8 months from the time of purchase. We are essentially ordering the product on your behalf from the manufacturer.

      All pre-order items can not be Cancelled or Returned once your order is completed on our website.

      All pre-order items are subject to availability by the manufacturer. If the manufacturer is unable to fulfill our order, we will issue a gift card for the total purchase price of your order. Gift cards can only be used on our website.

      Please do not purchase multiple pre-order items on the same order if both have separate release dates. Ignoring this request will cause your order to be pushed to the end of our fulfillment process once our shipment arrives from the manufacturer.

      We encouraged our customers to notify us when they have multiple orders for the same pre order item as this will help expedite your order when the fulfillment process has started.

      Return Policy

      Our return policy is 14 days once your order has been received. To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be brand new, unopened and in factory sealed condition with no damage. Items do not leave our warehouse damaged (unless noted). Customers are responsible for paying the return shipping costs for your item(s). If you are shipping an item(s) over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

      You must contact us for an RMA number before shipping the item(s) back. 

      Pre-order items can not be be cancelled once order has been submitted on our website. We are essentially ordering the item on your behalf from the manufacturer.

      Factory sealed cases can not be returned for any reason once shipped.

      Refunds (if applicable)

      There is a 20% restocking fee on all returned items.

      Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

      If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3-5 business days.

      Refunds will be the purchase price, minus 20% restocking fee and the original shipping cost is non refundable (no exceptions)


      Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

      If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
      Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

      Next contact your bank once again. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
